Rent Terms
All clients are required to carry an original international passport or local ID during the charter.
- We accept all forms of payment: cash, cryptocurrency, and bank cards.
- A deposit of 50% of the rental rate is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is due one day before the charter.
Free of charge 72 hours before charter departure. 50% less than 72 hours and up to 24 hours before charter departure. No refunds are given less than 24 hours before charter departure.
The client has the right to cancel the charter without incurring the above fees if any of the following occurs:

- Weather conditions are considered unsafe, or the Coast Guard has issued a warning.
- The company is unable to provide the agreed-upon services on the charter day.
- Boarding opens 10 minutes before the charter begins.
- Parking costs AED 10/hour.
The minimum yacht charter time during sunset on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays is 3−4 hours.
All children under 12 years of age are required to wear life jackets at all times while on the yacht. Children of all ages must be supervised by adults at all times.
