To complete your reservation, please follow these steps:

Pick-up location
Select where you’d like to receive your car: Dubai International Airport (DXB/DWC), your hotel, private residence, or any other address in Dubai. Vehicle delivery to your chosen location is available for an additional fee, which is displayed automatically once you enter the address.
Rental dates and times
Choose your preferred start and end date and time. Our service operates 24/7. Early or late pick-ups are possible—please contact our support chat for details if needed.
Choose your vehicle
The system will show all available cars matching your selected dates. Every vehicle has passed a thorough technical inspection and maintenance check. Options include sedans, SUVs, and premium-class cars.
Add extras (optional)
You may add optional equipment such as a certified child seat (ISOFIX), a GPS navigation system with Russian language support, bottled mineral water, or a cabin fragrance. All add-ons are shown with clear pricing.
Driver details
Enter the driver’s full name, international driving license number, and passport number. All data is encrypted and stored in compliance with GDPR and local UAE regulations. Your information is saved securely to speed up future bookings.
Review and payment
Confirm the final price, which includes the base rental rate, insurance, any selected extras, and delivery fee (if applicable). Payment is made securely online by credit/debit card or other available methods. Your booking confirmation and trip details will be sent to your email immediately.
Cancellation policy
All reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the rental start time. Full refunds are processed within 1–3 business days.
Vehicle standards
Every car comes with full insurance coverage, 24/7 roadside assistance, and undergoes daily preparation: exterior wash, interior sanitization, fueling, and technical inspection.
