Required Documents
To complete a car rental agreement, tourists must provide a passport, a national driver's license, and an International Driving Permit. UAE residents only need an Emirates ID and a valid UAE driver's license.
Driver Requirements
The minimum driver age is 21 years for most models and 25 years for premium vehicles and those choosing CDW. The minimum driving experience is two years, as evidenced by the driver's license issue date.
Payment, Deposit, and Refund Policy
We accept all convenient payment methods: cash (AED), bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC – by prior arrangement).
The security deposit is AED 1,000 for economy and premium vehicles and AED 3,000 for luxury and supercars. The deposit is refundable within 14 business days, provided the rental terms are met and there are no damages.
A "Deposit-Free Rental" option is also available; its cost is calculated individually depending on the model and rental period. Please contact the manager for details.
Insurance
Basic insurance (TPL) is included in the rental price and covers damage to third parties. Optionally, you can add comprehensive damage waiver (CDW), which additionally covers damage to the body, glass, tires, and wheels, and reduces your financial liability in the event of an accident.
The deductible for an accident caused by the customer is AED 1,500-3,000 (equal to the deposit amount); with CDW, it is reduced to AED 700-1,500. Please note: personal belongings left in the car are not covered by the insurance.
Prohibited
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, off-road driving, racing, towing other vehicles, violating UAE traffic laws and regulations, allowing others not specified in the contract to operate the vehicle, losing keys, damaging the interior, or negligently handling the vehicle, as well as using the vehicle for commercial purposes without prior approval from the company, are prohibited.
Accidents and Police Reports
A police report is required for any accident, even a minor one. Without it, the insurance is considered invalid, and all costs are borne by the renter. There are three possible scenarios:
Green report: you are not at fault, no payment is required;
Red report: you are at fault, and an excess and administrative fee (AED 1,500-3,000) are payable;
No report: insurance is not applicable, all costs are borne by the renter.
