- To conclude and execute rental agreements;
- To maintain communication with the customer (calls, messages, notifications); - To comply with UAE legal and regulatory requirements;
- To improve service quality and user experience.
3. Types of Data We Collect
We may collect and process the following personal data:
- Full name;
- Contact information (phone number, email);
- Copies of passport, national or international driving license, Emirates ID (if applicable); - Payment details (for online transactions);
- Vehicle delivery and return information.
4. Consent for Data Processing
By submitting a booking request, the customer voluntarily consents to the processing of their personal data. Consent is confirmed by ticking the relevant checkbox on the booking form.
5. Data Retention Period
Personal data will be retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the rental agreement and legal obligations, and for no less than five (5) years following the end of the rental period.
6. Third-Party Data Sharing
Personal data may be shared with government authorities in the UAE, as well as banks, insurance companies, and service partners, but only to the extent required for fulfilling contractual or legal obligations.
7. Customer Rights
Customers have the right to:
- Request access to their personal data;
- Request correction or deletion of inaccurate data;
- Withdraw consent to processing, unless it conflicts with legal or contractual obligations.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
